Since 2009, Farm Butcher Table has focused on using local food products and working with local talent in the food industry to put on one-of-a-kind dining experiences that raise awareness and support under-funded charities in our communities.

This focus on sourcing the best of what this Midwest has to offer has allowed us to work with the region’s leading farmers, chefs and food entrepreneurs and has pushed Farm.Butcher.Table to raise our own products to further the connection of our mission to sustainable food
